THE AUCTION Process

J. Durham & Associates provides the auctioneers, salesmen to solicit bids, clerks, cashiers and everything else needed for a successful professional auction. Members of our sales team will visit your listing, view and photograph the property and answer any questions. Our team will analyze every aspect of your listing and make recommendations to generate more bidding interest by attracting multiple buyers and putting them in a competitive atmosphere. The more work you are willing to do, the higher the commission share. Want us to take the reins? You will still share the commission, but on a lesser scale.

MARKETing

Our extensive database of contacts, amassed over the past 30 years, allows us to give your listings national exposure through a custom marketing campaign targeting serious buyers with real purchasing power. Marketing includes brochures and postcards; newspapers and periodicals; direct mail; billboards and signs; telemarketing; Internet, radio and television marketing; auction awareness seminars; and personal contact.

The AUCTION

We will evaluate your property and decide whether a traditional On-Site Auction, Ball Room Auction, Online Auction, or Hybrid Auction will better suite your needs. After which, our expert auction team will conduct your auction professionally and with incredible results.

CLOSING Activities

The sellers, the closing attorney and the purchaser will be aided by our closing team to close the property as quickly as possible, ensuring that closings proceed as scheduled and follow contract guidelines.
