In two successful events last winter, J. Durham & Associates enabled Turfgrass America, based in Arcadia, Florida, to sell three properties. Bidders from 10 states were on hand for the auction of 588 acres in Rome, Georgia and farms of 445 acres and 233 acres in Camilla, Georgia. All three properties were fully operational sod farms and included irrigation systems. All equipment was sold separately. Yet another great experience for and auction client of J. Durham & Associates.
